Course Terms and Conditions
Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.
As places are limited, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The course fee includes:
Two days of teaching and hands-on workshops
Course materials
Light breakfast and lunch on both days
Participation in the social event on 29 October 2026
Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included.
The organizers reserve the right to make minor changes to the programme, speakers or schedule if necessary.
If the course is cancelled by the organizers, all paid course fees will be refunded. The organizers are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
Cancellation Policy
Registration is binding.
Participants have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date payment is received, in accordance with Danish consumer protection legislation.
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the registration becomes non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant from the same institution may attend instead, provided the organizers are informed no later than 7 days before the course.
Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund.

By registering for this course, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Managing your course registration
Issuing invoices
Communicating practical information about the course
Complying with legal accounting requirements

Be processed securely and confidentially.

Be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal and administrative obligations.
You have the right to:
Access your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion where legally applicable
